Understanding The Needs Of The Missionary Family

My desire is to help bridge the gap of understanding between churches and missionaries. Missionaries need churches to send them to their mission fields and sustain them there. Churches need missionaries to accomplish God's command to do their work of evangelism on various mission fields of the world. Pastors are not just preachers and missionaries are not just witnesses. There is a lot more to it than that. I just want to remind us all that both sides need encouragement, prayer and understanding. There should be a loving care and mutual respect between local churches and their missionaries.

It is my prayer that this website, as well as my life, might encourage missionaries to ''keep going'' and help churches and individuals have a better understanding of the little things that many times are overlooked in missions and missionary work.

My burden is to be a blessing to the missionary wives and children. They are indeed ''the forgotten peoples of missionary work.''
